Method
Put the chocolate in a heat proof bowl and put into a low oven (100oC) for 15 minutes.
Gently stir the chocolate until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper.
With the stalks still on, dip the strawberries in the chocolate, leaving some of the fruit uncovered.
Place on the greaseproof paper and put in the fridge for an hour for the chocolate to set.
