  • 75g Mortimer Chocolate Powder
  • 25g butter
  • 75g marshmallows
  • 50g popping corn

Method

Cook the popping corn according to the manufacturer’s instructions and tip into a large mixing bowl.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the chocolate powder and stir until melted.

Add the marshmallows and stir occasionally until the marshmallows have melted into the chocolate.

Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is coated with chocolate. Tip into the greased baking tray and leave to go cold and set.

This is a real hit with children. Making your own popcorn using popping corn is really very easy.
