Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies

These Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies are delicious- they’re perfect for those with a sweet tooth!


  • 125g butter
  • 175g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g self raising flour


1) Melt butter in a pan over a low heat

2) Add the drinking chocolate to the melted butter and stir untilsmooth and glossy, take off the heat

3) In a bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar

4) Mix in the melted butter and chocolate to the sugar and egg

5) Sift in the flour and beat until smooth

6) Pour the mixture into a lined 9 inch (23cm) tin

7) Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes

8) Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before cutting into squares

9) Enjoy!
