100g Mortimer Dark Chocolate Powder
170g tin evaporated milk
Beat together chocolate powder and evaporated milk in a microwaveable bowl. Don’t worry that it will look grainy at this point.
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Whisk until smooth and glossy.
Serve warm over ice-cream.
Cold, this sauce thickens into a wonderful chocolate spread. Place cling film over the surface of the chocolate sauce, allow to cool then refrigerate overnight, We like it spread between ginger biscuits.
