Vegan Chocolate Chip Flapjacks


120g sugar

3tbsp golden syrup

175g vegan butter

350g porridge oats

120g Mortimer Chocolate Powder (melted and set)

25g Mortimer Chocolate White Couverture Powder


  1. In a pan, melt the butter, sugar, golden syrup and Mortimer Chocolate White Couverture Powder
  2. Take your pan off the heat and add the oats
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Chop up your Mortimer Chocolate set chocolate into chocolate chips
  5. Stir the chocolate chips into the oats
  6. Put the mixture into a lined baking tray and put in the oven at 180oC for 20-25 minutes
  7. Once out of the oven, cut the flapjack into squares before it cools
  8. Allow to cool in the pan and then drizzle melted White Couverture Powder and Chocolate Powder over the flapjack
  9. Serve and enjoy!
